Термін добровільного об’єднання населених пунктів в України у громади буде тривати орієнтовно до лютого 2020 року, заявила в програмі «Суботнє інтерв’ю» на Радіо Свобода міністр розвитку громад і територій Альона Бабак.
«Ми хочемо максимально продовжити термін добровільного об’єднання. Я думаю, до лютого. А далі ми вже будемо бачити: чи є необхідність через закон вже встановлювати, відповідно до перспективних планів, фактично конфігурації громад, які ще не об’єднались. Тобто ми заохочуємо зараз максимально продовжити процес добровільного об’єднання. А далі, щоб не чекати ще 100 років, поки люди житимуть в бідності та без амбулаторій, шкіл і так далі, а допомогти їм об’єднатися вже через законодавчий механізм», – зазначила Альона Бабак.
За даними міністра, на сьогодні понад 6 тисяч громад в Україні ще не об’єдналися.
«Але ми розуміємо, що оптимально може бути приблизно 1400 громад», – додала Бабак.
Раніше у президентській партії «Слуга народу» заявляли, що влада продовжуватиме реформу децентралізації, замінюючи адміністрації на префектури.
Станом на 10 листопада 2019 року в Україні сформовано 1002 об’єднані територіальні громади (ОТГ) з населенням понад 11 мільйонів людей. Загалом поза процесами формування громад залишаються 6389 місцевих рад.

В Албанії завершили пошуково-рятувальну операцію після серії землетрусів, жертвами якої стали50 людей. Про це повідомив прем’єр-міністр країни.
За його словами, рятувальники вважають, що більше тіл під завалами не лишилось.
За даними влади, внаслідок стихії поранено близько 2000 людей, одна жінка перебуває у комі. Землетрус зруйнував близько 1465 будинків у столиці Албанії Тирані. Понад 4000 жителів лишилися без даху над головою.
Найсильніший в історії Албанії землетрус магнітудою 6,4 стався в ніч на 26 листопада, ще один – 28 листопада.

Вирок у справі Енвера Сейтосманова винесуть до середини грудня, судове засідання відбудеться у Південному окружному військовому суді. Про це кореспонденту проєкту Радіо Свобода Крим.Реалії повідомив адвокат Еміль Курбедінов під час зустрічі громадського об’єднання «Кримська солідарність».
«4 грудня відбудеться останнє засідання у справі Сейтосманова, далі, думаю, буде вирок. Мій підзахисний не зламався, він нікого не обмовляв. Тримається молодцем, хоча йому загрожує аж до довічного ув’язнення», – зазначив адвокат.
Братів Ернеса і Енвера Сейтосманових російські силовики затримали 10 травня 2018 року після обшуків.
Ернеса згодом відпустили. Енверу інкримінували статтю про «тероризм».
На початку липня суд в російському Ростові-на-Дону на шість місяців продовжив арешт Енверу Сейтосманову – до 20 грудня. А наприкінці липня його етапували з Сімферополя в СІЗО російського Ростова-на-Дону.
У серпні в російському Північно-Кавказькому окружному військовому суді (нині Південний окружний військовий суд Росії) відбулося перше засідання по суті щодо севастопольської «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір», фігурантом якої є Енвер Сейтосманов.
5 і 6 вересня суд в Росії допитав у справі Енвера Сейтосманова двох засуджених за севастопольською «справою Хізб ут-Тахрір» – Нурі Примова і Ферата Сайфуллаєва.

Адвокат Назім Шейхмамбетов озвучив прізвища заарештованих в анексованому Криму кримських татар, чий стан здоров’я погіршується в умовах СІЗО і хто потребує термінової госпіталізації, повідомляє громадське об’єднання «Кримська солідарність».
За словами Шейхмамбетова, негайне лікування необхідне фігурантам другої сімферопольської «справи Хізб ут-Тахрір» Сервету Газієву, Джемалю Гафарову, Шабану Умерову, Енверу Омерову і Асану Янікову.
У кожного з цих людей, каже адвокат, є хвороби, які вимагають або термінової операції, або невідкладної госпіталізації.
Співробітники ФСБ, МВС Росії та Росгвардіі 27 березня 2019 року провели в Криму обшуки в будинках кримськотатарських активістів, у тому числі активістів громадського об’єднання «Кримська солідарність». Загалом було затримано 24-х активістів.
Обвинуваченими у цій справі проходять 25 кримських татар, 23 з яких вивезли в СІЗО Росії, один – Раім Айвазов – перебуває в СІЗО Сімферополя, ще один – Едем Яячіков – зник і з 27 березня його місце перебування невідоме.
Раніше представник ОБСЄ зі свободи ЗМІ Арлем Дезір засудив арешт активістів «Кримської солідарності» після масових обшуків 27 березня і закликав до негайного звільнення з російського СІЗО. У Міністерстві закордонних справ Росії заявили, що заклики представника ОБСЄ викликають «подив».

Dutch police on Saturday continued looking for an attacker who stabbed three teens on a street in The Hague that was crowded with Black Friday shoppers.The victims, two 15-year-old girls and a 13-year-old boy, were treated in a hospital and released late Friday. Police said in a statement that they did not know one another.The victims have spoken to detectives.“We are using all our available means — visible and unseen — to find the suspect in this stabbing as soon as possible,” police said in a statement, as they appealed again for witnesses.That included studying video footage from the area, where many surveillance cameras are located.The attack in the Netherlands came hours after a man wearing a fake explosive vest stabbed several people in London, killing two, before he was fatally shot by officers. Американська корпорація Apple після ситуації з позначенням в додатках окупованого Криму територією сусідньої Росії, почала проводити аудит політики визначення спірних територій. Про це повідомляє Reuters.
Прес-секретар корпорації Труді Мюллер повідомила, що це може спричинити зміни в політиці Apple.
«Ми вивчаємо міжнародне право, а також відповідні закони США та інших країн перед тим, як ухвалювати рішення щодо позначення територій на наших Картах і вносити зміни, якщо цього вимагає закон. Ми більш детально вивчимо, як ми справляємося зі спірними кордонами в наших сервісах, і в результаті можемо внести зміни в майбутньому», – цитує Reuters Мюллер.
Прес-секретар додала, що співробітники компанії вже працюють над докладним вивченням питання про майбутнє позначенні спірних кордонів у багатьох додатках.
В той же час міністерство фінансів США обіцяє перевірити, чи підпадають дії компанії Apple під режим санкцій через позначення Криму «російським».
Представництво президента України в АР Крим звернулося до компанії Apple через позначення Криму «російським» в додатках.
Раніше повідомлялося, що компанія Apple на території Росії почала відображати Крим і Севастополь «російською» територією в своєму додатку «Погода». При цьому на материковій частині України і на анексованому півострові Севастополь, Сімферополь, Керч та інші міста не відображаються ні частиною України, ні частиною Росії.
Голова комітету Держдуми Росії з безпеки і протидії корупції Василь Піскарьов 27 листопада заявив, що «Apple повністю усунула претензії Держдуми щодо показу Криму в своїх сервісах».
Офіційних коментарів американської компанії з цього приводу поки немає.
У травні цього року Apple не відображала територіальну приналежність міст Криму у своїх додатках як з материкової України, так і з півострова.
Раніше Держдума Росії дала Apple термін до 25 квітня, а потім продовжила його до 10 травня. Москва вимагала «усунення неточностей при відображенні географічної приналежності Криму і Севастополя в додатку».

Twitter Chief Executive Jack Dorsey has wrapped up of a trip to Africa by pledging to reside on the continent next year for up to six months. Dorsey tweeted this week: “Africa will define the future (especially the bitcoin one!). Not sure where yet, but I’ll be living here for 3-6 months mid 2020.”The CEO of the social media giant did not say what he planned to do on the African continent.Twitter, which is based in San Francisco, did not offer more details on Dorsey’s plans. On Dorsey’s recent trip, he visited entrepreneurs in Ethiopia, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa. Dorsey, 43, co-founded Twitter with several other entrepreneurs in 2006. He ran the company until he was ousted in 2008 but was brought back seven years later to again lead the platform.Dorsey also co-founded the payment processing app Square and is also CEO of that operation. The White House says President Donald Trump will meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron on the sidelines of next week’s NATO summit in London.
The summit comes at a critical moment for the 29-member military alliance, which has been fraying in the face of Trump’s complaints that too many NATO members are spending too little on defense.
Trump also has meetings scheduled during the summit with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen and Italian Premier Giuseppe Conte.
The summit is scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday.
Trump has no meeting scheduled, as of now, with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, the summit host. Britain holds parliamentary elections Dec. 12.
Johnson has said he doesn’t want “loving allies” to get involved in Britain’s politics.
