Представництво президента України в Автономній Республіці Крим назвало незаконним рішення суду в Криму про передачу приміщення Кафедрального собору святих рівноапостольних Володимира і Ольги, де раніше проводила богослужіння Кримська єпархія УПЦ (КП), у користування російського міністерства майна Криму.
«Таке рішення суду ставить під загрозу подальшу діяльність Кримської єпархії ПЦУ. Незаконні дії окупаційної влади в Криму щодо Православної церкви України, у тому числі і таке «рішення суду», є обмеженням свободи віросповідання – однієї з фундаментальних складових прав людини», – йдеться в повідомленні представництва у «Фейсбуці».
28 червня підконтрольний Москві суд у Криму ухвалив відібрати в Кримської єпархії канонічної Православної церкви України її головний храм, кафедральний собор Святих рівноапостольних князів Володимира і Ольги в Сімферополі, у будівлі якого також працює єпархіальне управління. Як ухвалив Арбітражний суд у Криму, будівля має бути передана в користування «міністерства майна» в системі російської влади на півострові.
За даними Регіонального центру прав людини, з понад 40 громад колишньої УПЦ КП у Криму вже за перший рік російської окупації лишалися лише 11 із 8 храмами, принаймні в трьох випадках влада захоплювала приміщення храмів – у Севастополі, Сімферополі і селі Перевальному.
Значна частина православних храмів і громад Криму і Севастополя підкоряються УПЦ (Московського патріархату), яка продовжує діяти на окупованому Росією півострові. Москва, твердячи про «вступ Криму до складу Росії», при цьому не насадила на півострові безпосередньо Російську православну церкву.

Центральна виборча комісія внесла партію «Рух нових сил» колишнього президента Грузії й ексголови Одеської обласної державної адміністрації Міхеїла Саакашвілі до виборчого бюлетеня на дострокових парламентських виборах.
Партію включили до бюлетеня під номер 22 без проведення жеребкування.
23 червня Центральна виборча комісія відмовила в реєстрації кандидатам від партії Міхеїла Саакашвілі «Рух нових сил». Пізніше, 25 червня, Шостий апеляційний адміністративний суд Києва ухвалив рішення за позовом партії «Рух нових сил Михайла Саакашвілі» до ЦВК, яким вирішив задовольнити заяву позивача, який вимагав від Центрвиборчкому скасувати рішення про відмову в реєстрації як списку партії Саакашвілі, так і кандидатів у мажоритарних округах, висунутих цією політичною силою.
29 червня Верховний суд України підтвердив рішення апеляційної інстанції дозволити партії Міхеїла Саакашвілі «Рух нових сил» реєструватися для участі у виборах. У той же день ЦВК зареєструвала партію для участі у виборах.
Позачергові парламентські вибори в Україні відбудуться 21 липня 2019 року.

Як повідомив 30 червня речник Центрального військового округу Сергій Шорін, у місто Нижньоудинськ Іркутської області висувається зведений загін округу.
За його словами, військовослужбовці здійснюють марш із технікою з Кемеровської області, вони мають подолати більше ніж 1,1 тисячу кілометрів.
Йдеться про приблизно 50 військових, а також більше ніж 20 одиниць важкої техніки для доставки вантажів і продовольства й евакуації населення.
Президент Росії Володимир Путін раніше доручив міністрові оборони країни при необхідності залучити армію до боротьби зі стихією.

1 липня в Україні стартують українсько-американські навчання «Сі Бриз-2019». Раніше у Генштабі ЗСУ повідомляли, що у навчаннях планують взяти участь близько 30 кораблів, 30 літальних апаратів і понад 900 військових із різних країн світу. Навчання проходитимуть у Миколаївській, Херсонській і Одеській областях. «Сі Бриз» проводять між Україною та США щороку з 1997 року, навчання є відкритими для інших країн.

Центральна виборча комісія скасувала реєстрацію кандидата в народні депутати Дмитра Огньова, якого політична партія «Голос» висунула на окружному виборчому окрузі №121 на Львівщині на позачергових парламентських виборах.
Раніше журналісти програми «Схеми: корупція в деталях» (спільний проект Радіо Свобода та телеканалу «UA:Перший») і Українського радіо викрили його зв’язок із народним депутатом від «Блоку Петра Порошенка» Глібом Загорієм, співвласником фармацевтичної компанії «Дарниця» та фігурантом численних журналістських розслідувань.
Таке рішення ЦВК ухвалила на засіданні 29 червня – після того, як за два дні до того, 27 червня номінаційний комітет партії Святослава Вакарчука відкликав кандидата в депутати в одномандатному окрузі №121 Львівської області Дмитра Огньова. Після внутрішньої перевірки там вирішили, що він «не відповідає критеріям партії».
Крім того, 29 червня комісія скасувала реєстрацію ще одного кандидата від партії «Голос» Олександра Курдидика, який балотувався під 11 номером у виборчому списку політсили.
Раніше журналісти програми «Схеми» та Українського радіо оприлюднили інформацію про те, що Дмитро Огньов, відомий широкому загалу як учасник телепроекту «Громада на мільйон» зареєстрований в одній квартирі з народним депутатом від «Блоку Петра Порошенка» Глібом Загорієм. Журналісти з’ясували, що дружина Дмитра Огньова – Наталія – є сестрою Загорія.
Наталія Огньова, згідно з даними державних реєстрів, разом із братом бере участь у сімейному фармацевтичному бізнесі родини Загоріїв – є співвласником контрольного пакету акцій підприємства «Дарниця» та входить до наглядової ради компанії.
Гліб Загорій – народний депутат фракції Блоку Петра Порошенка та один зі співвласників фармацевтичної компанії «Дарниця», лідера в Україні за обсягом виробництва ліків у натуральному вираженні.
Загорій неодноразово фігурував у розслідуваннях журналістів та антикорупційних активістів «Центру протидії корупції» щодо фармацевтичного бізнесу. Пацієнтські організації називали депутата Загорія «архітектором монополізації вітчизняного фармринку», що призвело до подорожчання цін на ліки, та звинувачували у лобіюванні інтересів «Дарниці» в парламенті й уряді. Він ці звинувачення не коментував.
Зокрема, антикорупціонери викрили законодавчі спроби депутата Загорія завадити запровадженню в Україні системи закупівель ліків через міжнародні організації, що дозволили б уникнути розкрадання коштів на тендерах.
Минулого року керівництво телеканалу «ЗіК» звинувачувало Гліба Загорія і його дружину у спробі рейдерського захоплення телеканалу. Загорій із дружиною вимагали спростування цієї інформації.
Депутат Загорій також відомий купівлею елітної нерухомості у колишньої бізнес-партнерки родини генпрокурора Юрія Луценка. 67-річна жінка, що працювала бухгалтером у компанії родині Луценків, не могла пояснити журналістам, звідки взяла кошти на придбання. Журналісти припускали, що насправді нерухомість була куплена за гроші родини генпрокурора через підставну особу.

There were some British touches at the game, like the roaming vendors selling Pimm’s cocktails and gin and tonics, but the focus was generally on typical American ballpark fare: hot dogs, nachos, burgers and beer. There were even supersized hot dogs, checking in at 2 feet long.
“It’s the way the Americans do sports,” said pleased British fan Stuart Graham, 45. “The way they have the spectator in mind. You know, you’re sitting there and the man comes around with your beer and your hot dogs, and you can relax and enjoy the game. It’s really very different to what we’re used to.”
He and Ian Muggridge bought the tickets months ago, spurred in part by the storied Red Sox-Yankees rivalry, which promised to bring top talent to the British capital.
“Two big heavyweights of U.S. baseball, sort of like Manchester United playing Liverpool in the UK,” he said, referring to British soccer rivals. “Great spectacle to come and see.”
He did find one disappointment to baseball in Britain: The hot dogs weren’t as good as the ones he’d enjoyed at an American park. While many British fans only had to jump a Tube train to get to the park, thousands of American fans flew across the Atlantic at considerable expense to catch the historic games.
Yankees fan Danielle McCauley of Clifton, N.J., built a weeklong British holiday around Saturday’s game.
“It’s been fun. The whole thing has been really cool,” she said, although she found the crowd far less raucous than those she had been part of in Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park. Call it British reserve.
“It’s quiet,” she said. “It’s the quietest sporting event I’ve ever been to.”

Позафракційний народний депутат України Володимир Парасюк заявляє, що програв апеляцію за своїм позовом із вимогою до Центральної виборчої комісії зареєструвати його кандидатом на позачергових виборах парламенту. Про це Парасюк написав на своїй сторінці у Facebook.
Він висловив незадоволення рішенням суду і заявив про намір продовжувати суспільно-політичну діяльність.
«На Верховній Раді життя не зупиняється. Друзі, я і без депутатського мандату не дам їм спокійно жити. Я заспокоюсь лише тоді, коли ця проклята система буде знищена, а всі ці продажні судді, прокурори, сбушники і т.д. будуть сидіти в тюрмі», – написав Парасюк.
Минулого тижня колегія суддів Шостого апеляційного адміністративного суду Києва повідомила, що розглянула позов Володимира Парасюка до Центральної виборчої комісії і повністю відмовила в задоволенні позову.
23 червня Центрвиборчком відмовився зареєструвати Парасюка кандидатом на дочасних виборах, заявивши про порушення в оформленні документів.
Дострокові вибори до парламенту України заплановані на 21 липня.

Tens of thousands of people turned out for gay pride celebrations around the world on Saturday, including a boisterous party in Mexico and the first pride march in North Macedonia’s capital.
Rainbow flags and umbrellas swayed and music pounded as the march along Mexico City’s Paseo de la Reforma avenue got underway, with couples, families and activists seeking to raise visibility for sexual diversity in the country.
Same-sex civil unions have been legal in Mexico City since 2007, and gay marriage since 2009. A handful of Mexican states have also legalized same-sex unions, which are supposed to be recognized nationwide. But pride participants said Mexico has a long way to go in becoming a more tolerant and accepting place for LGBTQ individuals.

Human rights activist Jose Luis Gutierrez, 43, said the march is about visibility, and rights, especially for Mexico’s vulnerable transgender population. The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights says that poverty, exclusion and violence reduce life expectancy for trans women in the Americas to 35 years.
In New York City, Friday marked the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall uprising, when a police raid on a gay bar in Manhattan led to a riot and days of demonstrations that morphed into a sustained LGBTQ liberation movement. The city’s huge Pride parade on Sunday will swing past the bar.
Other LGBTQ celebrations took place from India to Europe, with more events planned for Sunday.

Він заявив, що нині тривають розмови про «спільну відповідальність» Європи і Росії за долю України як їхнього спільного сусіда.
«Вже зараз в кулуарах можна почути розмови про те, що Україна є спільним сусідством Росії та Європи, спільною відповідальністю, тому мають бути й спільні дії: насправді, дії будуть російські, а Європа буде спостерігати», – додав Клімкін.
Президент Росії Володимир Путін за підсумками зустрічі із президентом США Дональдом Трампом в японській Осаці заявив, що ситуація навколо українських полонених моряків була однією з пріоритетних тем, але «рішення поки немає».
Парламентська асамблея Ради Європи 26 червня погодилася повернути делегацію Росії без жодних санкцій.
